Delivery & Shipping

 

At Invio, all sales are final. We offer in-store pickup and referrals for local furniture delivery only; we do not provide shipping/delivery services.

If you require shipping, we are happy to cooperate with any third-party shipping company you choose to hire. UPS Pack & Ship  is easy for small items and Uship for larger furniture pieces.

 Please note that Invio does not endorse or assume any responsibility for these companies, their services, or any associated costs.

Any agreements or claims related to shipping, including damage, delays, or losses, must be resolved directly with the third-party shipping company. Invio is not responsible for issues or additional shipping that may arise after an item leaves our store.

If you need your pre-approved items brought to our store OR if you've purchased items and need them moved to your home, here is a list of local movers that others have used. Rates Vary so we recommend you inquire with a few for pricing and available delivery times.
