ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR RETURN POLICY ON ANY ITEM!

HOLDS/STORAGE:
We will hold an unpurchased item that has been in the store longer than a week for 24hrs with a phone number.

We will keep purchased items in the store for up to 4 days after you complete your purchase. During this time, please make arrangements for pick-up and delivery. Any time beyond 4 days, we will charge you a $25/week storage fee. After one month, the item will be returned to inventory for resale.

DELIVERY:
We do not offer delivery. We will be happy to put you in touch with a company that has been giving our customers very good rates for local deliveries. You can work out the details with them.

DROP OFFS:
All items dropped off are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Items go directly on the sales floor. We do not have storage for items.

PICK_UPS:
Please bring everything you will need to transport your items when you come to pick them up. We do not keep ties, straps, padding, or other necessary transportation items available in the store. We will help you load smaller items, but beyond that, they are your responsibility.
